SKW Schwarz advises Rondot on the acquisition of LWN Lufttechnik

SKW Schwarz has advised Rondot International SAS on the acquisition of the LWN Lufttechnik group.

Rondot, headquartered in Champagne au Mont d’Or, France, designs and supplies high-performance solutions for the production of glass containers worldwide.

LWN Lufttechnik, based in Wilsdruff, Germany, and Wroclaw, Poland, is a leading specialist in cooling systems for glass factories around the globe.

A team from SKW Schwarz led by partner Dr. Kolja Petrovicki advised Rondot, together with French partner firm Carlara, Lyon, and Polish partner firm Drzewiecki Tomaszek, Warsaw, on all legal aspects of the transaction.
