Nicola Halmburger advises companies and private individuals on all matters relating to tax and inheritance law. Her services range from the valuation of real estate and companies to inheritance tax advice and tax support for restructuring and corporate transformations.
Nicola Halmburger specialises in succession planning. She develops tailor-made structures for both anticipated succession and dispositions of property upon death. This includes, among other things, the drafting of wills, the analysis and comparison of alternative tax burdens, and the design and establishment of family companies and foundations. In this context, she also prepares inheritance and gift tax returns. An essential part of her work is the valuation of companies and real estate.
In addition, Nicola Halmburger advises on all questions of income tax law for natural and legal persons and provides comprehensive support to clients on tax issues in the context of corporate restructuring.
