What was your most complex case?
In 2012, the squeeze-out of GARANT SCHUH + MODE AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT under merger law. It was only the third case in the capital market that was carried out after the scheme had entered into force. Hence there was no experience. But our team implemented the squeeze-out timely and successfully.
Dr. Tatjana Schroeder has extensive experience in stock corporation law and also accompanies the development of this very specific legal field through regular publications. Stock corporation law also always depends on trends in the capital market and is subject to continuous change.

- Scientific assistant to professors Säcker and Reuter in their institute for commercial law at Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel
- Employee and head of the legal department of a subsidiary of Siemens AG, Linotype AG, SCHOTT glas manufacturing and of the a Family Office of family Quandt, overall 15 years of in-house work
