Janina Schortz advises clients comprehensively in all areas of public commercial law. Her focus is on drafting and negotiating PPP agreements, i.e. complex contracts governing cooperation between the private and public sectors. She also specialises in subsidy law.
- Studied law at Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, specialising in public economics, infrastructure and the environment.
