Nicole Wolf-Thomann advises companies and private individuals on tax and inheritance law structuring, as well as on the corresponding procedural and litigation law.

This work includes tax advice on company acquisitions, restructurings and financing, as well as legal and tax-related asset and company succession; cross-border legal and tax-related asset and estate planning; and acting for clients in opposition and tax court proceedings. Furthermore, Nicole Thomann advises in criminal tax proceedings and defends clients in financial and business offences, in particular in connection with voluntary declarations of tax evasion.

Nicole Wolf-Thomann also prepares land, gift and inheritance tax returns, answering all questions regarding gifts, succession, the execution of wills as well as marriage and inheritance contracts.

Another focus of her work is advising on living wills, the defence and enforcement of compulsory inheritance portion claims; the establishment of healthcare powers of attorney, the management of disputes of joint heirs and the drawing up of wills for both individuals and spouses.
