For more than 20 years now, Jan-Dierk Schaal has been advising clients on intellectual property law. His focus is on strategic advice regarding the development of IP portfolios, corresponding IP filings, licensing agreements and the enforcement of IP rights.
In times when compliance is playing an increasingly important role, Mr. Schaal advises his clients comprehensively on compliance with existing and new regulatory requirements, be it in advertising and product design, online distribution, data protection or the use of new technologies.
He also has extensive experience in IT contract law and legal IT project support.
