Maximilian Wild provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of public and private commercial law, as well as competition law. A particular focus of his practice lies in advising bidders and contracting authorities on the award of public contracts and concessions in the defence and critical infrastructure sectors. In this regard, he concentrates on enforcing and defending legal rights in court and before public procurement review bodies. He also possesses particular expertise at the interface with industrial property law (IP) and intellectual property rights. Further areas of practice include handling complex issues in sports law and antitrust law.
