Martin Schweinoch has been working in IT law for many years. He advises providers and larger users from daily business matters to the contractual structuring and implementation of IT projects and digital business to new business models and structural transformations. This also includes innovative technical designs and services such as open source, cloud computing, apps, or Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things. Where necessary, he represents clients in arbitration proceedings and court disputes.
