SKW Schwarz advises investor group on acquisition of puris and Impuls

A team led by Dr. Matthias Nordmann comprehensively advised a group of investors on the acquisition of shares in bathroom furniture manufacturer puris and kitchen furniture manufacturer Impuls. Georg Billert, the target companies’s long-standing CEO, is also a shareholder. Internationally operating Steinhoff group was the seller, offering its holdings as part of a bidding process.

Steinhoff had acquired Impuls from ALNO in 2015, while puris had already been a member of Steinhoff group since 2003. The companies based in Brilon jointly employ some 450 people.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
