Stephan Altenburg advises and represents companies in all aspects of individual and collective employment law. His focus is on supporting strategic workforce planning, including restructuring projects, and operational implementation. He negotiates with works councils and trade unions and, where necessary, represents corporate interests before all German labor courts, regional labor courts, and the Federal Labor Court. Another key area is advising on all employment law compliance matters. He is also a sought-after advisor to executive and supervisory boards of publicly listed companies. Stephan Altenburg has more than 30 years of experience in employment law.
