Lara Guyot advises in all areas of general civil law, including commercial and distribution law. Her practice focuses on intellectual property law (trademark law, patent law, and design law), copyright law, and unfair competition law. She assists clients comprehensively in drafting contracts and in official procedures and court proceedings.

Ms. Guyot is at the clients’ disposal for issues relating to the protection of know-how and trade secrets in companies and therefore also for prosecuting cases of leaked confidential information.

In addition, Ms. Guyot is an experienced advisor to clients on all legal issues relating to advertising and social media.
