Benedikt Gerhold advises and represents national and international companies and executives – both out of court and in court – in all areas of individual and collective employment law, including service agreement law. In addition to drafting employment terms and conditions, his practice includes advising on the termination of employment and service relationships. His particular strength lies in providing pragmatic support to legal and HR departments in implementing employment law measures, particularly in connection with personnel changes, works constitution law matters, as well as the drafting and review of employment and service agreements.
