Ansgar Kaiser advises clients from the media and entertainment industry as well as companies that develop innovative digital business models in general. He focuses in particular on issues relating to copyright, personal rights and data protection, as well as the legal challenges associated with the use of artificial intelligence. A particular focus of his advisory services is on providing legal support for the financing, production and exploitation of film productions in a national and international context, as well as advising on advertising.

Thanks to his many years of experience in the film industry, Ansgar Kaiser has practical knowledge and an understanding of media-specific issues. Before becoming a solicitor, he worked at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, where he conducted research on current issues and legislative developments in German and European copyright law.
