Making a will and establishing a foundation are more than just legal procedures. They are an expression of responsibility and the desire to preserve values and visions for future generations.
Annabel Graß advises on all aspects of legal and tax asset structuring as well as national and international succession planning and structuring. This includes both anticipated succession through lifetime dispositions and precautionary arrangements, in particular testamentary arrangements for inheritance. Another focus of her work is advising on living wills and setting up powers of attorney.
In addition to succession planning and structuring, Annabel Graß also assists with amicable or contentious estate administration and the assertion or defence of compulsory portion claims.
