Anna-Sophia Leitner

Anna-Sophia Leitner advises national and international clients in all areas of general commercial law. Her work includes both out-of-court advice – including corporate housekeeping and the drafting and review of complex contracts – as well as strategic support and enforcement of claims in litigation before state courts and arbitration tribunals (commercial litigation). A particular focus of her work is on corporate law disputes and supply chain and contract disputes of all kinds. 

In addition, Anna-Sophia Leitner advises on all aspects of private real estate law, including commercial and private tenancy law, with a particular focus on hospitality law. She also has in-depth knowledge of inheritance law and supports clients in drafting, enforcing and defending inheritance claims.

Thanks to her many years of experience in civil litigation, she works with her clients to develop efficient, individually tailored litigation strategies, even in complex (cross-border) disputes.
