SKW Schwarz advises Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main on follow-up refinancing of a €170 million loan

SKW Schwarz has once again advised Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main eG on the refinancing of a secured syndicated loan, this time in the amount of € 170 million. The facility is based on an original financing in the form of a secured syndicated loan from 2006. First refinancings took place in 2010, 2013 and 2018. The now fourth refinancing was concluded at the beginning of April 2022.

DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Norddeutsche Landesbank -Girozentrale were again involved
as arrangers. Landesbank Baden-Württemberg also acted as ESG agent for the first time.
