SKW Schwarz advises Koch Films on acquisition of KSM

SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte advised Koch Films GmbH on the acquisition of all shares in KSM GmbH.

Koch Films is an independent film and home entertainment distributor. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Koch Media GmbH, a leading producer and marketer of digital entertainment products (games, films, and software). Koch Media employs some 800 people worldwide and has offices in numerous European countries and in the U.S.

KSM is one of the ten largest independent film distributors in German-speaking Europe.
