Stephan advises German and international companies and financial investors in M&A transactions, private equity / venture capital investments, joint ventures, as well as general corporate law. His clients include, in particular, domestic and international companies in the media, technology, automotive, energy and investment goods sectors, as well as funds and family offices.
Stephan has a particular focus on advising in the field of tech start-ups (both founder teams and investors) from the pre-seed phase through their life cycle until the exit.
As a M&A lawyer, Stephan is used to manage specialist teams and to align the interest of different stakeholders.
