SKW Schwarz advises founders on sale of shares in Christian Frei GmbH to AURELIUS

SKW Schwarz has advised the founder and previous shareholder of Christian Frei GmbH (Physio Frei) on the sale of shares in the company to AURELIUS Wachstumskapital. Christian Frei continues to hold a significant stake.

As part of a buy-and-build strategy, AURELIUS Wachstumskapital plans to expand Physio Frei with the existing management team over the next few years.

Christian Frei GmbH is a leading regional full-service provider in the field of therapeutic applications with eight locations in the Nuremberg metropolitan region. The range of services includes all therapeutic treatment methods in the fields of physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
