As a lawyer, notary and tax consultant, Stefan Skulesch advises on all inheritance law and inheritance tax issues relating to succession planning and organisation, both in a national and international context. As a notary, in addition to corporate law and property law matters, he primarily advises on complex succession structures, family holdings, foundations and notarised estate settlements in terms of inheritance law and inheritance tax.
