Advising as a civil law notary on the adoption of an adult stepdaughter is most likely one of my most unusual cases to date. This was not a matter of financially motivated or controversial negotiations, but simply about completing an incredibly likeable family. What a welcome change.
Stefan Skulesch advises on tax issues in the context of M&A transactions and succession planning. He advises companies on complex issues relating to national and international tax law as well as individuals in connection with all questions of asset succession. Since June 2017, Stefan Skulesch has also been licensed as a civil law notary. He accompanies M&A and real estate transactions as well as succession schemes under inheritance law and inheritance tax law.
