Michael Auer has extensive experience and expertise in advising on complex real estate transactions (asset deal, share deal, sale-and-lease-back, forward deal), in providing legal support for project developments as well as in negotiating and drafting complex commercial leases, in particular in the asset classes office, logistics and hotel.
