He regularly acts for studios, financiers, distributors, networks and content platforms across the full lifecycle of film, television and music projects, from development, production and financing through to distribution and commercial exploitation. He has particular expertise in copyright, personality rights and the legal implications of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, in the creation and distribution of content.  

In addition to his transactional work, Maximilian represents clients in complex disputes and strategic litigation. His practice further includes negotiating participation structures with collective bargaining bodies and collecting societies.
