#strong against COVID-19 - SKW Schwarz participates in Biolegis research on limitations of liability for vaccines in the EU

SKW Schwarz is the only German law firm to be part of the Biolegis network, a pan-European network of independent law firms with in-depth expertise in life sciences.

In this capacity, SKW Schwarz is currently participating in a major Biolegis initiative to assess national facilitations in the respective approval procedures for COVID-19 vaccines.

The initiative focuses on regulatory issues relating to drug approval and possible modifications of existing statutory provisions with respect to the fight against COVID-19. Since a draft bill is not yet available, the initiative aims to offer international clients an overview of currently existing regulatory hurdles.
