SKW Schwarz expands Private Equity/Venture Capital practice with addition of Partner in Munich

SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte reinforces its Corporate/M&A practice with the further addition of a Partner in Munich. Effective April 1, 2019, corporate lawyer Dr. Martin Böttger (42) and a female Associate from Fieldfisher will join the firm.

Dr. Martin Böttger advises on venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions, particularly in the technology area, where his expertise includes the software, RegTech, logistics, e-marketing, e-media, and automotive sectors. On a regular basis, he advises his clients – including venture capital and private equity investors, family offices, medium-sized companies, and start-ups – on issues relating to corporate and commercial law and litigates on their behalf. His practice also focuses on private wealth and asset management matters as well as the advice to clubs, associations, and athletes.

After working at Norton Rose and Hammonds, Dr. Martin Böttger co-founded the corporate law boutique Hoffmann Böttger in 2009. He joined Fieldfisher in 2017.
