SKW Schwarz advises the shareholders of HvS-Consulting on the entry of NORD Holding Small Cap

SKW Schwarz has advised the shareholders of cybersecurity provider HvS-Consulting AG on an owner buy-out with extensive re-investment of the sellers. The buyer is NORD Holding Small Cap Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG.

Since its foundation in 2002, HvS has been supporting international corporations and SMEs in all areas of IT security. With over 50 employees and other specialists in its partner network, HvS supports more than 500 customers.
