SKW Schwarz advises Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmbH, MIG Capital and Hannover Digital Investments GmbH on EUR 15 million Series B financing round of talpasolutions

SKW Schwarz has advised Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmbH (RBVC), MIG Capital and Hannover Digital Investments GmbH on the EUR 15m Series B financing round of talpasolutions GmbH.

Essen-based talpasolutions provides data-driven process optimization solutions for mine operators and machine manufacturers. The financing round is intended to enable talpasolutions to further develop its industrial intelligence platform and grow in its target segments.

Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmbH is the corporate venture capital arm of the Bosch Group. SKW Schwarz regularly advises Robert Bosch on transactions.
