SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte advised Becker & Kries group on the sale of the “B5” commercial building in Berlin’s “City West” to German real estate special fund “AEW City Office Germany.”
“B5” in Berlin-Wilmersdorf was built in 1971 and modernized in 1996. About half of the office space is currently being revitalized by the seller and is pre-leased on a long-term basis. The eight-story “B5” building consists of four connected building parts providing for 12,300 square meters of office space and 3,000 square meters of retail space. 250 parking spaces will also be available while the future roof terrace will offer a view of the city.
“AEW City Office Germany” special fund primarily concentrates on office properties with the potential to enhance their value in established and developing locations in Germany’s top 6 metropolises.
