The cooperation between the SKW Schwarz internal Innovation Lab, the TH Rosenheim and the ROCkET Rosenheim Center for Entrepreneurship started last year with a digital kickoff workshop. The goal of the cooperation is to get in touch with founders in order to better understand their legal problems and issues and then offer targeted advice and tools for startups.
On June 29, 2022 it was possible to hold a joint event on site. After a small get-to-know-you session, there was a lecture suitable for the legal first steps of founders. The approx. 12 participants could learn a lot about corporate law and property rights and ask their first questions. After the lecture, the Innovation Lab presented a prototype of the property rights tool. In a subsequent workshop part, the contents of the tool were further developed using design thinking methods and a small role play.
The event was a complete success for both sides! Through the first personal contact - after the first workshop last year, which was held digitally due to the pandemic - knowledge was imparted, new ideas were developed and a lively exchange took place.
The SKW Schwarz Innovation Lab team combines legal and technical expertise and is engaged in the development of digital products and services. At this event, Nikolai Schmidt (Senior Associate), Clara Raschewski (Head of Legal Tech) and Yannik Rothweiler (Legal Engineer) were on site as experts.
