Since a controversial decision of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt last year, the question of the admissibility of dissenting opinions of overruled arbitrators has been a much discussed hot topic in the German arbitration community. What is the view on this outside Germany? What are the pros and cons of admissibility?
