Since a controversial decision of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt last year, the question of the admissibility of dissenting opinions of overruled arbitrators has been a much discussed hot topic in the German arbitration community. What is the view on this outside Germany? What are the pros and cons of admissibility?

We discuss these questions with arbitration experts from Switzerland and England. Join us in the discussion!
