For special achievements in the area of career development, SKW Schwarz has made it onto the shortlist of the category of the same name at the azur Awards this year. The winners of the azur Awards 2022 will be announced on 17 March.
"Over the past two years, we have invested a great deal in developing a uniform HR strategy across all locations. Uniform staffing and recruiting, uniform salaries as well as uniform working time models at all locations form an excellent foundation for the firm's further development," says partner and member of the HR committee Matthias Nordmann.
"At the same time, we have been looking at how we can prepare our colleagues even better for the changes in the legal market," adds Managing Partner Stefan Schicker. "Together with our in-house Innovation Lab team, we added the Legal Tech Curriculum to our internal training programme SKW Schwarz Campus to make legal tech training even more targeted for everyone."
The law firm SKW Schwarz is known for its focus on future topics. The firm's internal Innovation Lab team is mainly made up of young lawyers, research assistants and trainee lawyers and is involved in the development of digital products and services. And it is very successful in doing so: Wirtschaftswoche awarded the law firm the Best of Legal Award in the category "Products and Services" in 2021.
SKW Schwarz currently has over 300 employees, including over 120 lawyers at four locations in Germany.
