Vincent Walch advises family businesses and private individuals on the tax and corporate law aspects of their succession planning.
His practice focuses on complex mandates in all matters relating to inheritance and gift tax law, including valuation law and related income tax issues, particularly in the context of restructuring and cross-border matters.
Another focus of his work is the corporate structuring and restructuring of family businesses in the context of asset succession. In doing so, he pays particular attention to securing long-term control of assets within the family.
