Law and IT have more in common than one might initially think: both are based on clear structures, precise rules and a rigorous internal logic.
Veronika Gelser advises national and international clients on all aspects of data protection law, as well as IT and data law. A key focus of her work is the legally compliant design of data processing procedures and digital business models, as well as supporting companies in implementing the data protection requirements under the GDPR. In addition, she assists clients with the implementation of European guidelines on digital regulation. In doing so, she always keeps her clients’ commercial objectives in mind and develops solutions that are not only legally sound but also practical and commercially viable.
