Dr. Alexander Karst advises domestic and foreign clients on all matters relating to corporate law. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, restructuring, and general corporate law advice (corporate housekeeping). He advises on the acquisition and formation of (shelf) companies and drafts all corporate law contracts, in particular investment and shareholder agreements.
