Telemedicus Summer Conference 2018: SKW Schwarz participates in discussing the topic of “Perspective of the digital economy: harassed by regulation?”

SKW Schwarz lawyers participated in a panel discussion at the Telemedicus Summer Conference 2018 that revolved around the topic of “Perspective of the digital economy: harassed by regulation?”. Moderated by Dr. Hendrik Wieduwilt, editor of the German major newspaper FAZ, representatives of the digital economy discussed the issue of regulation from different perspectives. SKW Schwarz lawyer Yvonne Schäfer particularly focused on the corporate perspective. The fifth edition of Telemedicus Summer Conference was held again at Microsoft Atrium in Berlin from June 30 to July 1, 2018. The Summer Conference always deals with current topics; its main theme this time was presented under the question: “Digitized and regulated to death – how much digital law do we need?”.
