Experienced trademark and competition lawyer Dr. Rembert Niebel will join SKW Schwarz in Frankfurt am Main as a partner on July 1, 2023. He joins from Baker & McKenzie, where he led the German IP practice for many years.
Rembert Niebel advises domestic and international companies on their international trademark strategies, licensing issues and trademark portfolio management, and represents them in trademark infringement litigation. His experience also extends to classic IP services, copyright and counterfeit protection, as well as assisting in transactions under IP law aspects. Rembert Niebel has been with Baker & McKenzie since the beginning of his legal career in 1997. He has been recommended in lawyer rankings such as JUVE or Chambers for many years.
