SKW Schwarz strengthens its corporate law team with Dr Thomas Hausbeck as partner

Dr Thomas Hausbeck, LL.M. joins SKW Schwarz as a partner. The corporate lawyer, who was most recently managing partner of BUSE's Munich office, will join SKW Schwarz's Munich office on 1 March 2022 and will focus on expanding SKW Schwarz's corporate litigation and restructuring practice.

Dr Thomas Hausbeck is a lawyer, a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law and a specialist lawyer for tax law. He primarily advises medium-sized companies and their managing directors and shareholders on corporate and insolvency law and represents them in the relevant court proceedings. He is particularly experienced as a litigator in disputes with insolvency administrators, in cases of managing director and shareholder liability and in the coordination of mass proceedings. He regularly advises on company formations and supports his clients in compliance and corporate governance matters. He also advises on corporate transactions and the structuring of succession arrangements.
