SKW Schwarz reinforces employment law practice with partner joining the Hamburg office

Effective July 1, 2017, Bettina-Axenia Bugus will join SKW Schwarz as a partner in Hamburg, thus expanding the law firm’s employment law practice. The 48-year-old comes from Brehm & v. Moers Rechtsanwälte, where she was a Managing Partner at the Hamburg office. Bettina-Axenia Bugus has long-standing experience of advising on employment law issues at the interface to media law. She combines expertise in media law and copyright law with practical know-how in individual and collective labor law, collective bargaining law, employment contract law, and employee privacy law. In addition, she regularly advises on corporate sales from an employment law perspective and in relation to issues of social law.

In addition to employers and employees from the media sector, her clients include industrial and commercial enterprises.

Bettina-Axenia Bugus started her legal career at Ahner & Schwarz in 2002 and was co-founder of Bugus & Roloff Rechtsanwälte in 2005. She joined Brehm & v. Moers as a partner in 2008.
