SKW Schwarz advises Schüller on the acquisition of its British trading partner InHouse

SKW Schwarz has advised Schüller, one of Germany's leading kitchen furniture manufacturers, on the acquisition of its British trading and distribution partner InHouse Inspired Room Design.
Schüller and InHouse Inspired Room Design have been working together successfully in the UK, one of Schüller's most important foreign markets, for almost two decades.
Schüller was founded in 1966 with headquarters in Herrieden, Franconia, and is one of the top 3 in the German kitchen furniture industry. With over 2,200 employees, the company produces and sells around 165,000 kitchens a year and generates annual sales of around 750 million euros.
