SKW Schwarz advised PQH Holding SA, Fribourg, Switzerland on the acquisition of Bluetest Testservice GmbH, Leonberg, Germany by its subsidiary Aptasic SA, Boudry, Switzerland.
Bluetest Testservice was founded in 2011 and is active in the semiconductor, automotive, industrial and aerospace sectors.
With this acquisition, PQH Holding is continuing the development of its digital sector internationally and is tapping into the German market in particular in this area of activity.
