SKW Schwarz wins the JUVE Award "Law Firm of the Year for Trademark and Unfair Competition Law" 2023

SKW Schwarz has been awarded the JUVE Award 2023 in the category "Law Firm of the Year for Trademark and Unfair Competition Law". The JUVE Awards are recognized as the most prestigious honours in the German legal market and were presented on October 26th at the Old Opera House in Frankfurt.

The JUVE commendation underscores SKW Schwarz's pioneering role in digital transformation and effective collaboration with the firm's IT, data protection, and media law specialists. Additionally, the remarkable presence in IP-related litigation and the strategic growth achieved through the recruitment of renowned lateral partners, such as Dr. Oliver Stöckel and Dr. Rembert Niebel, are highlighted.

The selection of the awardees is based on comprehensive research conducted by the JUVE editorial team for the "JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms", during which several thousand law firms and clients are surveyed.
