JUVE Award 2023: SKW Schwarz Nominated in the Category "Law Firm of the Year for IP"

SKW Schwarz has been nominated for the JUVE Award 2023 in the category "Law Firm of the Year for IP". This recognition is based on research conducted by the legal market journal JUVE, which annually honours law firms and in-house teams that have demonstrated dynamic growth and performance in recent months.

Within the IP category, JUVE’s editorial team acknowledges law firms that have made significant progress in trademark, patent, and competition law. Important considerations for this distinction include presence in significant litigations, representation of renowned clients, and personnel development.

The selection process takes into account both emerging entities and long-established players that have shown positive evolution over the past year. Insights from the JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms, wherein thousands of attorneys, in-house counsels and judges are surveyed, provide the foundation for these awards.
