For the fifth time, the business magazine brand eins has researched Germany's best commercial law firms. SKW Schwarz is particularly recommended in the specialist areas of information technology and telecommunications, trademarks and design patents as well as media and press.

The list of the best commercial law firms in Germany 2024 is based on a survey of around 14,099 lawyers (colleague survey) and 2,706 in-house lawyers (client survey) for a total of 24 areas of law. 

The number of recommendations from participants was counted for each commercial law firm. Only law firms with an above-average number of recommendations in their respective area of law were recognized.
