Duties of cooperation / loss minimisation on the part of the bank in online banking

Lawyer Sabine Kröger informs in the "Banken Times Compliance" of the Finanz Colloquium Heidelberg about the judgement of 27.09.2022, ref.: 5 U 1308/22, of the OLG Munich. In the context of a so-called "phishing case", the court ruled in favour of credit institutions, among other things, on the bank's obligations to avert damages in cases of online banking fraud.
