At the beginning of the new year: SKW Schwarz appoints Marion Anzinger and Sascha Pres as Partners – Mario Centola to head the Real Estate division

Effective January 1, 2020, SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte admitted Marion Anzinger, previously Counsel in Munich, and Dr. Sascha Pres, previously Counsel at the firm’s Berlin office, to the partnership.

Marion Anzinger advises German and international clients on commercial and corporate law and on acquisitions, restructuring projects and joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital investments. A German and Italian native speaker, she advises numerous Italian companies and investors on their transactions and businesses in Germany.

Sascha Pres specializes in trademark law, design law, competition law, and copyright law and represents clients in litigation, particularly associated with international aspects. His practice focuses on advising in relation to developing and implementing marketing strategies, new product launches, and the sale of consumer goods in the food and non-food sectors. A member of the copyright law team of Marques, he is also active in the IP group of international law firm network TerraLex.

At the beginning of the year, the firm is also announcing a management change in the Real Estate division: Effective January 1, 2020, Mario Centola is the new head of the department, taking over the position from Jan Prielipp. Mario Centola specializes in construction law and real estate law. His clients include real estate and fund companies, investors, project developers, administrations, landlords, and commercial tenants.

As of January 1, 2020, SKW Schwarz counts 71 partners at five office locations. Overall, more than 140 lawyers work for the firm in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, and Munich.
