As one of two main sponsors, SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte supported the second Philipp Lahm Foundation Cup & Business Exchange at Campus in Bad Aibling. The event, held on Saturday, July 13, 2019, offered participants an insight into the work of the Philipp Lahm Foundation and raised the substantial amount of 29,000 euros, which will be donated to two Philipp Lahm summer camps in August 2019.

The tournament was the second event of its kind for the Philipp Lahm Foundation. The event with an exclusive character was a resounding success, not least because Philipp Lahm was present all day and evening and took the time for personal conversations with every single guest.
Together with seven teams from other companies, a 10-person SKW Schwarz soccer team participated in the foundation tournament. As a special highlight, Philipp Lahm joined each team for one half and actively supported the players. Sponsors and guests enjoyed games such as goal wall shooting, with the respective winners competing against Philipp Lahm in the end. An award ceremony and barbecue on the soccer field were followed by an exclusive evening program with business workshops on the topics of “Philipp Lahm – his Foundation and its projects,” “Philipp Lahm – his companies and their development,” and “Deciding with attitude”. Dinner was presented with music and show performances, including by breaker Max Winter (stage name Levi) and soccer freestyler Jannis Gasser, who is also acting German champion. Well-known presenter Tom Meiler led through the evening, at which Philipp Lahm was available for discussions with the attendees during dinner.
As part of the firm’s corporate social responsibility, SKW Schwarz acted as a main sponsor of the Philipp Lahm Foundation Cup. The foundation of the professional soccer player and businessman supports social institutions and initiatives in teaching basic social values and skills such as responsibility, fair play, and respect for rules, through sports and soccer. Since 2009, the Philipp Lahm Foundation has been running summer camps that teach children skills in exercise, nutrition, and personality through workshops, games, and excursions.
