SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte advised Becker & Kries group on the acquisition of the “Theodor-Fontane-Höfe” project development in Neu-Schönefeld.
Theodor-Fontane-Höfe is a residential construction project of DIE Deutsche Immobilien Entwicklungs AG in Neu-Schönefeld's poets' quarter on Berlin's southern city limits. 12 four-story multi-family houses comprising 334 rental apartments and 22,400 m² of living space including underground parking garage are being built on a 23,000 square meter site. Completion is scheduled for Q3/2019. Brandenburg State Premier Dr. Dietmar Woidke attended the groundbreaking ceremony held on June 21, 2017.
