Tien Nguyen advises national and international clients primarily in trademark, design and competition law. In addition to strategic advice, she focuses on litigation in complex national and multinational disputes.
Tien Nguyen also provides comprehensive advice on the launch of new products and advertising campaigns, their protection against attacks and infringements by third parties, as well as on strategic issues relating to the establishment, expansion and management of trademark portfolios. This includes registration, opposition and revocation proceedings before the DPMA and the EUIPO as well as infringement proceedings before German and European courts.
Tien Nguyen has been involved with IP since the first semesters of her studies and worked for many years in the trademark and competition law team at a renowned Berlin commercial law firm before starting her career at SKW Schwarz.
