Personal statement
You don’t need to be afraid of implementing things that do not yet exist. You just need to consider carefully how it should be done and have the right professionals on board. I learned this at several world records and German records in parachute jumping (largest freefall formation).

Martin Schweinoch has been working in IT law for many years. He advises providers and larger users from daily business matters to the contractual structuring and implementation of IT projects and digital business to new business models and structural transformations. This also includes innovative technical designs and services such as open source, cloud computing, apps, or Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things. Where necessary, he represents clients in arbitration proceedings and court disputes.
