Secondment at a state-owned real estate company and comprehensive advice to the public sector on renting a large number of commercial properties with a total volume of some EUR 5 billion.
Friedemann Scholten advises in the areas of construction and architectural law as well as in the field of commercial property law. He accompanies national and international operating businesses on all property-related issues in the areas of commercial, residential, trade and logistics. This includes in particular the development, implementation and sale of real estate projects. His scope of work encompasses the judicial and non-judicial enforcement and defense of claims. His advisory range also includes the legal support of real estate companies (in particular real estate funds) as well as forensic procedures.
