What was your most complex case?

Since 2005, Sven Pohl’s legal focus has been on customs law, foreign trade law, and excise law (including EMCS), such as energy, electricity tax, or spirits tax law. Mr. Pohl’s range of activities comprises, in addition to the extrajudicial and legal representation of his clients against customs authorities, the support of the establishment and optimization of the “customs organization” within the company with a special focus on “internal control systems” as well as the execution of internal compliance reviews. Due to his industry experience, Mr. Pohl attaches great importance to practice-oriented solutions.
Mr Pohl is regularly giving lectures on topics pertaining to customs law, foreign trade law, and excise tax law offered by several renowned seminar providers.
